Spanish wines can be tremendously complex, having both bold fruit and dusty minerality flavor profiles.  This makes the region an interesting combination of Old-World and New-World styles!  It is the home of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Monastrell, along with many other varieties – some of which I bet you’ve never even heard of (Bobal anyone?).  Join us as we explore the different taste profiles that Spain can express, as we learn about regional, climatic and maturation influences.
