Bubbles: Let's Celebrate Every Day!

Bubbles have always been a part of every one of my family celebrations, from Thanksgiving through to… Well, year round in all honesty! And although bubbles can signify a special occasion, I also try not to limit myself to only the festive times. I am a huge fan of opening a bottle of bubbles just to celebrate a Tuesday, or Wednesday, or to go with a great meal. But which one to open?  Cava?  Prosecco? Champagne?  What really are these sparkling wines?  And how are they different?  With so many great types of sparkling wine, I thought it would be fun to go back to basics with bubbles to remind ourselves of the different types, expressions and flavors.  And to explore them all!

Join me as we explore the different production methods, countries, and flavors of sparkling wine.
